Sams Surgery,

   Sam is my grandparents dog. He is very sweet, and he is a big black lab.
 
   He had a surgery, because he had ruptured his knee. That means he was not playing very hard, and then he did and it was too quick of a change. Even though he can't play hard in the time he is healing, he will not be in pain afterwards! He has to wear the "cone of shame!"

It has been crazy over at Baileys Bandanas, and I can wait to share the big news!               Lets start from the beginning, about a year ago I started selling bandanas in a store. Marcie n Mack's is a pet grooming place we always take Bailey too. Doggy treats!

  Grandma found this awesome dog treat recipe . Bailey loves them and when he runs out and has to eat the normal kind he turns his nose up. I tried one and they almost tasted like a protein bar! I hope you enjoy this yummy, easy recipe:) Peanut Butter and Applesauce Dog Cookies Ingredients 3 cups flour 2 cups oatmeal 1 cup peanut butter (no toxic  xylitol ) 1 cup unsweetened applesauce 1 teaspoon baking powder ¼ cup olive oil Directions Heat your oven to 350 F. In a medium mixing bowl, combine all ingredients except olive oil. Add as much olive oil as needed to create a dough that holds its shape. Roll the dough out on a lightly floured surface to ¼-inch thick. Using a cookie cutter, cut the dough into shapes and place them on a nonstick cookie sheet. Bake for 25 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool on a wire rack.
