Bailey get a bath...Finally!!!


Since it was spring, there has been a lot of rain. And in the spring the rain makes mud! Not surprising, Bailey played in the mud and got all muddy. Bailey had lots of fun, but he was stinky!!


   We decided to give Bailey a bath. Not a bath that you go out and have your dog groomed, he was in our bath tub!
 
  Bailey probably thought it was better than pet smart, because he got spoiled with treats!!!

Doggy treats!

  Grandma found this awesome dog treat recipe . Bailey loves them and when he runs out and has to eat the normal kind he turns his nose up. I tried one and they almost tasted like a protein bar! I hope you enjoy this yummy, easy recipe:) Peanut Butter and Applesauce Dog Cookies Ingredients 3 cups flour 2 cups oatmeal 1 cup peanut butter (no toxic  xylitol ) 1 cup unsweetened applesauce 1 teaspoon baking powder ¼ cup olive oil Directions Heat your oven to 350 F. In a medium mixing bowl, combine all ingredients except olive oil. Add as much olive oil as needed to create a dough that holds its shape. Roll the dough out on a lightly floured surface to ¼-inch thick. Using a cookie cutter, cut the dough into shapes and place them on a nonstick cookie sheet. Bake for 25 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool on a wire rack.
